All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and national public holidays).

A tracking number and link will be sent via SMS and/or email once your order is dispatched. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

▸ Packaging

All orders are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. Watches are shipped in their Mercure gift box, wrapped in protective material and sealed in a tamper-proof outer package.

UNDELIVERED / FAILED DELIVERY

If delivery is attempted but fails (recipient unavailable, incorrect address, etc.), the courier will make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, a re-shipping fee may apply for re-dispatch.
